CONDITION SUMMARY

Interior - The interior of this CR-V is virtually unmarked save for minor some scuffing to the plastic trim inside the boot.

Exterior - The exterior of this CRV is absolutely stunning. You have to look very hard to find even the slightest imperfection. All we have noted is a tiny scratch on the spare wheel cover and some chips on the rubbing strip. (see diagram below for images).

Mechanical - Drives Superbly. Full HONDA Service History (Last Service @ 107,215 Miles including new front and rear discs and pads), 4 brand new tyres, MOT to 6th July 2009, RAC Inspected.

Please note no service book is present with the vehicle however a comprehensive vehicle maintenance history report which lists in far more detail than a service book exactly what work has been carried out on the car is present. We also only have one key with this vehicle.

Tread Depths Note: The depth of tread on a brand new tyre is 7/8mm. The minimum legal tread depth for a tyre is 1.6mm.

Condition Summary Note: A used car is not a new car. Every used vehicle will have very minor evidence of previous use if you look hard enough, such as the odd small stone chip, hairline scratch or scuff to internal plastic. The degree of wear and tear will vary with the age and mileage of the car. However any wear and tear that will show up in a photograph is always presented. Our philosophy is to present the car exactly as it is so you know what to expect when you come to view it or collect it.
